VOTE ON MAY 6, 2017

Working with Board of Trustees, teachers and administrators from across the district, the facilities committee developed a list of requested items to consider for inclusion in a 2017 bond package. Crandall ISD has been evaluating current facilities and equipment, ongoing enrollment growth and district priorities with the Board of Trustees to collectively compile a list of items that reflect responsible stewardship and a forward-thinking mindset.

BOND SCOPE

Several projects are planned to be completed with the passage of the bond. The projects will be completed in three different phases. These phases include an expansion to the High School, new Elementary and Middle School.

FAQ

What is a bond? A bond is similar to a home mortgage in many ways. It is a contract to repay borrowed money with an interest rate over time. Bonds are sold by school districts to competing leaders to raise funs to pay for the costs of construction, renovations and equipment.
